88th -- The Will Of God

We need to always keep in mind that God only wants the best for us and
will never give us a burden that we are not capable of bearing. This is a
good poem that reminds me that God is in control and whatever storm I may
go through, I know that God has my best interest in mind. If you are
going through a storm, then I hope this poem will give you some peace and
comfort and know that God is with you and He'll never leave your side.

THE WILL OF GOD

The will of God will never take you,
Where the grace of God cannot keep you,
Where the arms of God cannot support you,
Where the riches of God cannot supply your needs,
Where the power of God cannot endow you.

The will of God will never take you,
Where the Spirit of God cannot work through you,
Where the wisdom of God cannot teach you,
Where the army of God cannot protect you,
Where the hands of God cannot mold you.

The will of God will never take you,
Where the love of God cannot enfold you,
Where the mercies of God cannot sustain you,
Where the peace of God cannot calm your fears,
Where the authority of God cannot overrule for you.

The will of God will never take you,
Where the comfort of God cannot dry your tears,
Where the Word of God cannot feed you,
Where the miracles of God cannot be done for you,
Where the omnipresence of God cannot find you.

Everything happens for a purpose. We may not
see the wisdom of it all now, but trust and believe
in the Lord that everything is for the best.

No matter what problem there is in your life, keep your eyes on the Lord
and not your present circumstances. I heard a quote once that said "Stop
telling God how big your problem is, and start telling your problem how
big your God is."

I encourage you to stay faithful to the Lord and know the end result of
your situation will be more valuable than pure gold as it is written in
1 Peter 1:6-7 "Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if
need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial
of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth,
though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and
glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ."

Read and meditate on these scriptures:

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto
thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall
direct thy paths."

1 Peter 5:5-7 "Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder.
Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility:
for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble
yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you
in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."

Romans 12:1-2 "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God,
that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God,
which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but
be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is
that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

James 1:12 "Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has
been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has
promised to those who love Him."

All scriptures can be found in the King James Version.
